Great service, though was taken taken through all available optional extras for the car at the time of purchase. There might have been 1 or I would have taken if I was aware however these would be minor and don't effect my enjoyment of the car.
Great experience. I had recently sourced another car through my employee car scheme and this was painful. The staff at Mini are knowledgable and motivated to help the clustomer in all ways.
Received a great service, was kept up to date with the process and delivery date. I had very little to do on my part, I simply had to pick a car of choice. N.B. the only feedback to note is I have never obtained a new car which hadn't been washed
Very satisfied as mini gave me a loan car for the time my own car was in the garage so I could carry on with my day
Front of house / reception were either very welcoming or somewhat frosty. However this was offset by a positive experience with the servicing department and the bodyshop - especially the technicians.
The service was carried out very efficiently and I was advised of the few problems I had.
Fantastic people in the dealership. Salesman, Sales manager were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I was treated beyond my expectation from start to finish.
All the details were explained to us and while we were waiting we were served tea and even got to catch up with ''The Bodyguard'' on television. What service and the car even got serviced
Steven was a great help from start to finish. Very patient and understanding of what I needed. I came in looking for a new car in May but wasnt able to go ahead until July, it was great Steven keeping all my details and being ready when I was.
Again, the fact that the air conditioning stopped working again was a bit disappointing.
Had to phone to check up and car wasnt cleaned before I collected.
Very proficient staff at mini who took the time with all my queries.
We had to make a change to our original booking and this was achieved without any fuss. The staff answered any questions put in a professional manner. The arrangement with the courtesy car was smooth and the time scale offered was very precise.
Great Service from Victoria and the technicians. Excellent communication and interest in getting car back on the road.
Andrew was there to meet us and offered juice or coffee and showed us all round the car and how everything worked and made the experience very nice

They definitely look after my wee car. Every time.

There was a long wait as we can no longer just drop the key off and go - we were told we needed to wait for Nicole, and Nicole had a number of other people to see to before she could get to us. We had to wait for ages. :(

I always deal with the same salesman . I find him extremely accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. I particularly enjoyed the midnight event to launch the new number plate.
Rumpa set up my appointment with no hassle as is her way, so easy to deal with and Nicole on the day was so very helpful.

The service provided is excellent, the advice given is always accurate and regular updates are given ( regarding work/progress) so I feel confident when leaving my Mini at Peter Vardy. The staff are also always helpful and friendly.

I asked fir car to be washed and hoovered and unfortunately this wasn't carried out.
As per above Scott went above and beyond to ensure my service experience with the service department was excellent. From the point of getting the car booked in, to dropping it off and collecting it. Scott ensured the process was stress free.
