I was on the of purchase when I was I shown the new Union Jack rear lights. HATED them. The sales team pulled out all the stops to find me a car that matched my needs and that didnt have them. Impressed
First class service. Love the way the staff kept me informed and updated on the progress of my mini.
Cant fault either the pre handover paperwork to the supprise for my wife as she had no idea I had bought her a car

Pete vardy Vauxhall were not pleasant to deal with. Complete different service from mini. My parent buy from your BMW edi dealer, hence the recommendation.

For reasons above I cant score better than average. Salesperson was helpful and Ive no issue with that but my experience is coloured by delay and disappointment
Peter Vardy always provides a great service. Staff are all very friendly, and helpful, and the technicians always do a good job. My car always gets a good lean - inside and out.

The service itself seemed to go well enough but the health check brought up some rather expensive recommendations!!! £56 to replace window wipers?? £160 each per continental tyre ????
Was told my car needed new back breaks and 4 new tyres, which is quite a costly expense, after getting a second opinion I decided my car was not needing this done as speedy as made out
Mini communicated with myself throughout the day as to when my car would be ready. I was really pleased that they took the time to wash and hoover my car.

Everything has been dealt with perfectly. My car has been collected, a courtesy car left for me to use if necessary, and my car returned the next day. Each time, the gentlemen concerned in this service have been very efficient and caring.

One of the problems I had pointed out was fixed but within days same thing happened. Contacted Mini but service dept not available. They made one attempt to call me back which I missed. Annoyed that I am having to chase up when clearly a design fault

Couldn't help enough.
Unfortunately the car had not been thoroughly cleaned inside - this was however rectified although meant further two trips to Mini to drop off and collect car.Also still awaiting price for car mats.

I received regular updates regarding my cars progress, a detailed report on any faults or repairs, and Nadia was fun, very friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. Arranging a curtesy car was also very Straightforward.

Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and readily deal with queries and requests with a smile. Appointments are always available within a few days and staff are flexible when things have to change.
As above twice in two years Winter/ Summer tyre change goes wrong.

Would have been completely satisfied but had difficulty getting through to parts when needed a cost for tyres. Ended up getting done elsewhere which caused a whole set of other issues in the long run. Also only one expensive option of tyres given.
Video of service was extra and it was done quickly. Liked the fact a time could be booked and then easy to wait around.
