As previously lentioned, Peter Vardy are usually very easy to dwal with, but the last dealing was not the case - it took at least 20 minutes on the phone with various departments to get to speak to the appropriate person. Very frustrating.

Helpful service assistant who ran through my options but managed to lose my number even though I gave her the up to date one. Had to phone up to check on the progress and even then she seemed unsure of progress.

There was just one small hiccup in that the seat covers were not the ones I ordered, but on reflection I'm happy with them as there was really not much in it when I was making my original decision.

No service took place. Apparently having taken the booking, knowing I bought the car in April, I was told the car wasn't due a service as it had been serviced on purchase. When buying the car I was told it was due a service at 18000 miles.
