Being a first time buyer, the whole process was smooth and stress free. David kept me up to date at each stage, from production, delivery and the handover process.

Sarah was great and kept us informed! There was a couple of features we didn't know about until now having the car it wouldn't have stopped us from buying but would have benefitted from being shown.

Good service but during agreeing the price I did have to chase to get a response on an offer. Handover was done very well, although online handover form could not be completed and was signed blank. I was not made aware in advance of one key missing.

They very efficient before, during and after the service. They kept me up to date with all aspects of the service and MOT. The video provided was very helpful. They contacted me after the service to ensure that everything was OK.

My only issue was that I had to make an upfront payment for part of the service costs despite having the service plan as it apparently didn't have enough value in it to cover the service required
