I was told when my car was going to be ready for pick up. Everything went really smoothly.

People were nice, didn't have all the information. I had to chase and chase to get resolution on things I needed, and after my deposit was paid, I was told you didn't actually have the car on site then I had no updates and had to chase again.

Everything was fine. I have not given full stars as I find Vardy expensive for servicing although I suppose this is to be expected from a main dealer.
