Great friendly service
Inconsistent answers from different people on trying to diagnose a couple of problems. They did apologise but I felt like I was being fobbed off a bit and so as a result didn't trust what I was being told.
The specification of the car delivered did not match discussions, also the return of current vehicle was not arranged or communicated to me in advance

Brilliant service. Picking up my car at the new 69 reg event was awesome, driving out at midnight with the other brand new minis was something I will never forget - well done Peter Vardy Edinburgh, just brilliant.
The service itself was fine however - the back seat in the car had been lifted and seatbelts were not visible which I didn't notice until I had children in the car. This resulted in me having to fund a taxi home. After leaving a couple of message

The staff clearly knew what they were talking about and answered any questions I had to my complete satisfaction. I was kept informed about the progress of the work they were carrying out and my car was ready for collection at the time advised.
You would have got 5 if you hadn't repeatedly sent all communication directly to my husband instead of me, both by phone and email, he repeatedly told you to speak to me. You never corrected this and are probably flouting equality and privacy laws.
The staff are always pleasant, attentive and friendly.
Servicing itself works well. You are kept up to date. I don't understand why parts are not available on the premises. A mini garage should have all mini-related parts onsite.
I noticed some issues on the car and they were dealt with before the pick up date.

After I picked the car up I stopped a few miles down the road to pick up my friend. When she got in the car and I drove off I got a warning message re low tyre pressure. As the car had just been serviced I wasn't best pleased.
Nicole made the whole thing very easy. She was friendly and kept me in the loop over the two days my car was in. The service and MOT itself was done quickly and to a good standard and the car was lovely and clean when I picked it up.

Service was carried out within time, and they attended to matters I wanted investigating. All staff, in particular Nicole, are so helpful and seem genuinely interested in taking care of you.
Reasonably quick turnaround, although there was a wait for the car to be cleaned so it wasn't quite a "pit-stop" visit. Found a metal clip sitting in the engine compartment the next time I opened the bonnet, it looked like it hadn't been replaced
