Absolutely superb. The video sent from the service engineer was so reassuring that the car was being professionally looked after.
Something's happened at PVL. Service levels nowhere near what they were. I was waiting at the dealership whilst my car was sorted It was a cold day but there was no heat and I was frozen. No effort by any staff to check I was ok. Not happy at all
The only disappointment was not having foot well mats included - when I bought my Mercedes last year, mats were included. I find this disappointing when buying an otherwise high end, quality car.
We were told our new car had cruise control but when we collected it and took it home we realised it hadn't, mini team resolved this problem by building the car with extra specifications we asked for, always very apologetic and happy to help

I had an issue with damaged and over tightened wheel locks. The service manager explained what was required to resolve this issue and even sat down with me and explained how my car worked even although I had bought it from an independent garage.

On the initial call, I was told I was due an oil change and that it could be done during the MOT. When I picked up the car, the oil change hadn't been done because it wasn't quite due. This meant I've now had to book the car in again!

Overall non real problems but we found Peter Vardy quite slow to respond. We felt we were trying to persuade them to sell to us at the start and while this was a refreshing change from other dealers the whole process did take much longer than I hoped
Happy enough with service
If you are talking about my monthly wash and vacuum I was disappointed that they didn't hoover the passenger seat which was covered in dust and bits of straw
As above really. The staff are always polite and helpful. I also received a follow up courtesy call, which is a nice touch.
My car was not cleaned very well on the outside. Black plastic dirty and in need of black spray. Tyres not blackened. Looked poor.
Only one hitch in the whole experience when wrong parts were delivered to Mini resulting in car being returned a day late.
Great team at Peter Vardy MINI. Well looked after by Craig whose video was superb, Nadia for the booking and Nicole for looking after us when we were in.

Inconsistent answers from different people on trying to diagnose a couple of problems. They did apologise but I felt like I was being fobbed off a bit and so as a result didn't trust what I was being told.
